How expensive is it to download and use WSB Mobile?
NO download application is required. The only costs incurred will be the data used when browsing/submitting a bet by your Network Provider. These costs are minimal.

How do I bet if I lose my phone or it gets stolen?
You will simply use the same login details with your new phone.

Can I use the same account for Internet Betting and Mobi Betting?
Your username and password will be the same for both the website and mobi site.

How can I deposit funds?
WSB Offer several payment options:
(a) Banking Deposits or EFT’s -  Minimum deposit R100. This can be done at any one of the 5 Banks listed or at any one of our WSB Branches. Please remember to use WSB-'Your Account Number' as a reference when making a deposit. For example WSB-10546
(b) Credit Card - Minimum deposit R100
(c) U-Kash Vouchers - any available value of a U-Kash voucher. U-Kash vouchers can be purchased at any Pick n Pay, Shoprite, Checkers or ZamaZonke counter

How can I withdraw funds?
Withdrawals can be requested using your Mobi Account. Any withdrawal will be paid back to your Credit Card, Bank Account, depending on where the deposit was made. Cash withdrawals can be made at any of our branches as long as the deposit was an EFT, Cash Deposit or UKash Deposit
World Sports Betting will require the relevant FICA Documentation before your first withdrawal can be processed. This will include a copy of Your ID as well as a Utility Bill not older than 3 months. You can email these documents to payments@wsb.co.za of Fax them to 0866 52 66 99
